Vitamood Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By joining the Vitamood Affiliate Program — whether through post-purchase signup, invitation, or our signup page — you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time, and continued participation in the program means you accept any changes.

2. Commission & Tiers

You earn commission on the net value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts) of qualifying orders placed through your unique affiliate link or code. Your commission rate increases with your total qualifying sales:

• 0–100 sales: 10%
• 101–200 sales: 12.5%
• 200+ sales: 15%

Tiers are based on cumulative qualifying sales and never decrease.

3. Customer Discount

Customers using your code receive 10% off their order. Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or subscription offers.

4. Qualifying Orders & Subscriptions

Commission is earned only on completed, paid orders. For subscriptions, commission applies to the customer's first order only; recurring renewals do not earn ongoing commission.

5. Holding Period & Refunds

Commission becomes payable after a 30-day holding period. Commission will not be paid, or will be reversed, on any order that is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.

6. Payments

Commission is paid via PayPal at the end of each month for all commissions that have cleared the 30-day holding period and reached the minimum payout threshold of $25. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address and for any taxes owed on your earnings.

7. Self-Referrals

You may not use your own link or code on your own purchases. Self-referrals earn no commission and may result in removal from the program.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post your code or link on coupon, deal, or cashback websites; bid on Vitamood branded terms in paid search; use spam
